Mark Suckling
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark joined Condor in 2018. He comes from a background in Marketing, Business Development, Technical Sales and Major Account Management with a large Geosynthetics business, and also originally as a Foreman with a joinery company. With his wide business background and experience he brings a broad set of skills to Condor Fluid Movement. Today he is the Managing Director bringing focus to Brand Strategy and Business Development while ensuring the day-to-day runs as smoothly as possible.
When not at work he will be out and about with his wife and two children or at home devising a scheme over a whiskey.
Nathan Cashmore
SALES DIRECTOR
Nathan joined Condor with a background in engineering and has been involved with pumps since day one. Today he is Sales Manager and a Company Director. He has been heavily involved in growing the product range to suit Condor client's requests. Attention to detail, his genuine customer care and impressive product knowledge has enabled him to help grow Condor to where it is today.
Outside of work Nathan can be found taming the wild undergrowth, landscaping and planting on his Wellington hillside property.

Jeremy Cashmore
DIRECTOR
Jeremy began his working life in the farm equipment business Cashmore Machinery. This family owned business was located on Port Road, Whangarei in Northland. Beginning as a Tractor Mechanic he then moved to Spare Parts Manager and Business Partner.
He and his wife founded Condor in 1984. Condor began as a retail store providing Northland farmers with a range of pumps, hydraulic hose, fittings and spraying equipment.
In 2003 Condor Pumps relocated to larger premises in Lower Hutt. Wellington being a central New Zealand location served as an ideal hub to grow the fluid power equipment business to a national level. Today the Condor team is in regular contact with clients from Invercargill in the South to Kaitaia in the Far North.
With over 35 years of experience in the New Zealand fluid power industry Jeremy enjoys the challenges of an ever evolving marketplace, new and innovative equipment and the speed of change. He is a Company Director.
Joseph Cashmore
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Josephs role at Condor Pumps as Marketing Manager involves planning and implementation of the marketing strategy, ensuring the companies ‘look and feel’ is always consistent with the Condor brand guide standard.
He is a Company Director, is involved in Sales and also in the day to day running and fine tuning of all areas of the operation.
Joseph joined the team at Condor from high school in Wellington in 2008 beginning with warehouse duties and dispatch until taking up the Marketing Manager role from Director Jeremy Cashmore.
His passion for art and creative design has helped Condor develop a unique brand image that is now easily recognised throughout the New Zealand Fluid Movement industry.
Outside of work you fill find him surfing or swimming in Wellington's waters (temperature allowing!)
